Refund Policy - the basics

At Gemini Nail & Eyelashes, we strive to provide high-quality services and products to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully:

  • Services:

    • All services (manicures, pedicures, eyelash extensions, etc.) are non-refundable once completed.

    • If you experience any issues with a service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns. We may offer a complimentary adjustment or correction at our discretion.

  • Products:

    • Products purchased from our salon may be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unopened and in original condition.

    • Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges.

  • Cancellations & No-Shows:

    • Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

    • No-shows will forfeit the full service fee.

  • Exceptions:

    • Certain promotional services or discounted packages may be final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
